Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of handmade candles, we do not accept returns on used items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@lakewoodcandleco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used candles
- Burned candles
- Scent preference
